This page is where we announce upcoming special events or workshops at La Domaine and our plans to travel to other places. Special events can take many forms including workshops, lectures, demos and special guests. When traveling, we may be visiting friends in far-off places, heading to Albany for a party, or attending a kinky event near you. In announcing such plans we often invite fans who live near our destination to come meet us there.

Friends and fans should check this page to stay abreast of sudden and planned happenings at La Domaine.

As many of you know, Mistress Collette and Master R have done a variety of class presentations at SUNY Albany for their Psych department over the past three years. We hold very open and freewheeling classes, sometimes for small groups of fifteen or twenty students in a class, sometimes for big mobs that have exceeded two hundred in a large lecture hall. In every situation, the presentations have been enormously successful. We always make them open to the public, so if you would like to attend our next class please give us a call.

Also, if you know of colleges or universities where you think we should be presenting, please let us know. Connections to specific professors do help.

Mistress Collette and Master R are also available occasionally in the Syracuse NY area. Please contact us for dates.

We start our 2010 workshops with the extraordinarily sadistic Mistress Nona, presenting a caning workshop full of ideas, actions and hand-made canes. This workshop is strictly limited in enrollment. Please sign up early. The workshop will be from two to four. The tribute is $75 a couple, $50 an individual. Mistress Nona will also be the Guest Mistress at the first 2010 Couples Party, that starts at eight on the evening of the 25th. Tributes for the workshop and the party are $175 for a couple and $200 per individual. That includes the Satyrday workshop and party and the Sinday brunch from eleven to two.

A very special perk for attendees: Mistress Nona will be bringing canes for sale, made by a ninety year old Master cane maker. These are among the finest canes we have ever seen. They are so fine that we intend to buy several for La Domaine.

A Master R design

Some of the finest bondage anywhere, in almost any style, can be learned here at La Domaine. Master Max is as accomplished in this Japanese art as any Nawashi practitioner in the world. Mistress Collette has taken the gentler and more artistic Sakura bondage style and made it her own, taking this three hundred year old art form to knew heights. Master Gary is a Master of efficient ties, including the most exquisite German rope tie for suspending women from their ample breasts. Master R’s bondage heritage has quite a pedigree. R was first trained in bondage by his Master Mark in 1969. Mark was trained in Japan immediately after WW2, by the greatest living bondage Master at that time, Ito Sieu. With forty years experience, Master R has evolved a unique style, one that combines various forms of short rope and long rope techniques.

The scheduled workshops will be progressive, with each workshop building on the previous one, leading to the next level of skill. We will start in May with basic, simple - yet total - restraint techniques, essential knots, rope handling and preservation, and general hints at what’s to follow. By September, we will have progressed to: suspension, severe punishment, Joshu, Body Folding, and long term, restraint techniques. Getting to that point, we will include cock and ball bondage, nipple torments, pussy ties, ties for chore restraints, safe overnight bondage, predicament bondage and much more.

These workshops will be strictly (of course) limited in enrollment. Please sign up early. The workshops will be from two to five. Each workshop takes place on a Satyrday afternoon prior to a Couples Party. The tribute, per workshop, is $100 a couple, $75 an individual. A VERY SPECIAL EVENT: OUR SECOND SCHWANENDREHER!!! SCHWANENDREHER: THE FETISH NAME FOR ROASTING A LIVING PERSON ON A SPIT From the Mid-German.
